Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GasPro mobile application, web portal and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by GasPro (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you represent. Accounts are created and accessed using a phone number and a one-time passcode (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number and account secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. The Service

GasPro helps gas-cylinder distributors manage depots, stock, drivers, deliveries, shops, sales, customers and billing. Some capabilities depend on the role assigned to you by your team administrator and on network connectivity.

3. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the business data you enter (such as stock, customers, deliveries and invoices). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you submit.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to teams you are not a member of.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the Service.
• Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others.

5. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying critical figures (e.g. stock counts and financial totals) before relying on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GasPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or to protect the Service or other users.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
